ATLANTA (AP) - Delta Air Lines Inc. is supplying some aircraft from its Northwest Airlines subsidiary to offer free charters to evacuate elderly residents and people in assisted living facilities in Fargo, N.D., which is preparing for the possibility of heavy flooding.
